“Nearly half of 11- to 14-year-olds say they have been in a dating relationship, according to a 2008 survey of 1,043…” We are getting ready to kick off our new series: “Dating, Marriage, Sex” (2/21/12), so I’m reading up from my notes from two and a half years ago when we last ran through it. I’ve got some tricks up my sleeve for this one that I think will make it even better than the last go round. Here is an article that I came across yesterday that hits on two of the themes we will be covering in our series on the topic of “Dating”. 1. How we define dating often varies from person to person, so coming up with a common definition will be important. 2. When is someone ready to seriously pursue entering into a marriage (if the goal of dating is to get married)? Lots to talk (argue) about!
