Have you ever read a story that you couldn’t help but tell other people about? I read a lot and find often as I’m reading I want to recommend a chapter or illustration to a particular person that I think will find compelling or encouraging. On a few, very rare occasions I read a book that gets me so excited that I tell EVERYONE, “you gotta read… “! The last time was two years ago when I read, “Unbroken” by Laura Hillenbrand.
Here is an article that I can’t stop thinking about or recommending to people. In the last week I’ve emailed, printed it out, tweeted it and talked about it a ton – both with christians and people who want nothing to do with Jesus. It’s a profound story.

Here is a book review and interview: http://thegospelcoalition.org/themelios/review/unlikely_convert and two others here: http://www.crosswalk.com/blogs/dr-ray-pritchard/the-best-book-ive-read-this-year.html http://www.ipcsav.org/article/false-identity/
I’d love to hear what you think after you read it.
